Asus finally released its gaming phone in India, ROG 3 in India with Snapdragon 865+, 144Hz, and more. This is everything about the phone.

Design:
The design is very similar to the ROG phone 2 with the same glass-sandwich design and RGB ROG logo on the back. The back is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 while the front is protected by Gorilla Glass 6. To the front, we can find a tiny bezels to the top and bottom to hold the phone, for better gaming experience.
Display:
The phones come with a 6.59-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The highlight of this display is its 144Hz refresh rate with 270Hz touch response rate for better gaming experience. The display is also HDR10+ certified.
Internals and Software:
The phone is powered by Qualcomm latest Snapdragon 865+ chipset and which is an overclocked version of Snapdragon 865. The phone also comes with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The phone comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone also comes with a 3rd-gen GameCool system to keep the temperature of the phone in check while doing heavy tasks like gaming.
The phone also comes with some interesting gaming features like Air Triggers 3. The phone also comes with stereo speakers. The phone comes with a huge 6000mAH battery and 30W fast-charging, which Asus claims can charge up to 75 percent (around 4,510mAh) battery in just 46 minutes. The only sad part is that it doesn’t come with any headphone jack, but it will at least come with AeroActive Cooler 3 in the box. The phone also comes with 5G, Wifi 6, and Bluetooth 5 for connectivity. The phone weighs 240 grams, which is a bit on the heavy side. On the software side, The phone comes with an almost stock-android like experience with a few gaming features on the top.
Camera:
The phone comes with a triple camera setup to the back, the primary being the 64MP(f/1.8) Sony IMX686 sensor, while the second sensor is a 13MP ultra-wide camera with 125-degree FOV and the last one is 5MP macro lens for closeup shots. The selfie camera is a 24MP sensor.
Price and Availability:
The phones starts at Rs. 49,999 for the 8GB+128GB while the higher 12GB+256GB is priced at Rs. 57,999 in India. The phone will be available starting from 6th August, exclusively on Flipkart.
